La classificazione dipende dal processo produttivo da cui prende vita un toner. Questo dettaglio \u00e8 riportato sulla scheda informativa del prodotto che va consultata prima di smaltirlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:0.8rem\">Vediamo insieme cosa dice la legge in merito, per non cadere in errore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0f19e3\" class=\"has-inline-color\">LA NORMATIVA VIGENTE<\/mark><\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:0.8rem\">Gi\u00e0 pi\u00f9 di vent\u2019anni fa il&nbsp;<strong>decreto Ronchi (Lgs 152\/ex D.Lgs 22\/97) metteva in primo piano l\u2019importanza di ridurre l\u2019impatto ambientale. Da quel momento ci sono stati altri aggiornamenti legislativi che si sono adeguati alla societ\u00e0 e al rapido mutamento della tecnologia.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:0.8rem\"><strong>Per quanto riguarda toner e cartucce, la normativa li classifica come NON ASSIMILABILI a un comune rifiuto urbano da avviare a raccolta differenziata. Precisamente, con l\u2019entrata in vigore del D.Lgs. n. 4\/2008, le discariche comunali non possono accettare toner esausti, se prodotti da soggetti aventi partita IVA.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:0.8rem\"><strong>Questo non basta, chi smaltisce questi prodotti deve documentare l\u2019operazione attraverso il Fir, cio\u00e8 il Formulario Identificazione del Rifiuto che va conservato per 5 anni.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>I toner esausti vanno, quindi, affidati ad aziende iscritte all\u2019albo e provviste di regolare autorizzazione regionale.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#1224ed\" class=\"has-inline-color\">COPYGEST<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> in convenzione con <strong>INTERZERO<\/strong>, \u00e8 in grado di dare ai propri <strong>CLIENTI <\/strong>il <strong>Servizio di Smaltimento Rifiuti Esausti<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:41px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SMALTIMENTO TONER ESAUSTI: ECCO COME FARLO SECONDO NORMATIVA Prima di soffermarsi sul metodo di smaltimento del toner, \u00e8 utile sapere che il momento pi\u00f9 delicato per la gestione dei rifiuti \u00e8 la sua corretta collocazione da parte di chi si disfa del prodotto.
